Refund policy

At Floof and Fury, we want you and your pets to love every product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no return necessary.

To request a refund, contact us at floofandfurysupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final outside of defective or damaged items.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
